Enterprise Account Executive (m/f)

We are looking for passionate and driven Enterprise Account Executives, eager to open up new business opportunities and grow our customer base for HiveMQ, the Enterprise MQTT broker. HiveMQ is used by innovative companies like Liberty Global, Acer, BMW and many more as backbone of their IoT infrastructure.

  • Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Meet and exceed quarterly qualified leads quota to ensure pipeline objectives
  • Sell and negotiate a complete solution of software, services and support to ensure customer success
  • Work closely with Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Work with Marketing to be present at conferences,  trade shows, and other marketing related events
  • Be part of an ambitious, innovative, focused and highly motivated team

Dein Profil

  • 3+ years experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Experience with technical sales of distributed systems, infrastructure software like messaging systems, databases, SaaS, or Big Data products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Disciplined – skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities
  • Exceptional presentation and communications capabilities. Confidence presenting to a highly skilled and experienced audience, including enterprise architects and C-level executives
  • Experience working within a quota and commission structure
