Enterprise Account Manager (m/f)

We are looking for passionate and driven Enterprise Account Managers, eager to expand and manage our current customer base through opening up new growth opportunities for HiveMQ, the Enterprise MQTT broker and other MQTT offerings. HiveMQ is used by many innovative companies like Liberty Global, Acer, BMW and many more as backbone of their IoT infrastructure.

  • Building and developing powerful relationships with our enterprise customers
  • Drive subscription renewals and upselling in existing customers and opportunities
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Sell and negotiate a complete solution of software, services and support to ensure customer success
  • Oversee overall customer happiness for assigend accounts across our Professional Services, Support and other teams working with the customer
  • Recognize possibilities for issuing joint press releases, testimonials and other sales supporting measures together with our customers
  • Be in touch with all customers on a regular basis and be an advocate for them inside the company
  • Forward customer insights to product and support teams
  • Be part of an ambitious, innovative, focused and highly motivated team

Dein Profil

  • 3+ years experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise companies and how they work
  • Ability to build strong relationsships based on experience and knowledge
  • Experience with technical sales of distributed systems, infrastructure software like messaging systems, databases, SaaS, or Big Data products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German as well as English
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Intelligent – possesses aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility
  • Experience working within a quota and commission structure
